I tell you honestly what I see - whether that's a quick fix, a bigger problem, or nothing at all.

If it's the right next step, we talk about the Diagnostic. If it's not, you've lost nothing but half an hour.

The Operational Diagnostic

This is a paid engagement, scoped after the free call.

When you need this - growing but foundations not keeping pace, or about to make a significant decision: new 3PL, new market, new product category.
What it covers - six areas: Operations and process, Trade compliance, Visibility and data, Team and capability, Cost and efficiency, Regulatory readiness.
What you get - written gap analysis and prioritised roadmap within two weeks.
Investment - £6,000–£10,000 plus VAT. Fixed fee, scoped and agreed in writing before work begins.
